On Tuesday the 28th of MARCH, Emma Ellice-Flint Nutritionist and Author of The Happy Hormone Cookbook will show you how to make and taste test a fast evening meal, Sesame Crusted Salmon with Asian Slaw, plus taste Fig and Ginger Slice, both from her Happy Hormone Cookbook.
You will leave with the knowledge and inspiration to begin making those changes for yourself.
During this talk and cooking demonstration Emma will explain what the benefits are to balanced hormones at any stage of life, what foods help with this and why.
