Discover the revolution in core, pelvic floor and postural training with Low Pressure Fitness - Hypopressives.
Learn to identify if your core is functioning correctly, understand why that could be worsening your incontinence and prolapse and how making little changes in your posture, your breathing patterns and your core activation your condition can improve. Excellent practice for postnatal recovery to prepare to get back into exercise, restore the pelvic floor and reduce abdominal separation.
The workshop includes 1-hour session entirely practical.
Comfortable clothes and exercise mat or blanket are recommended but not essential.

The newLife centre for Women is highlighting the practice of mindfulness in support of this year’s Women’s Health Week 2017
And with women often prioritising work and a busy life schedule above health and wellbeing, we at the newLife centre for Women are offering a complimentary workshop therapy session to encourage women to stop.
To take a mindful moment of calm awareness, to prioritise themselves and wellbeing.
This workshop will commence at 12.15pm on Tuesday the 5th and Friday the 8th of September at Suite 10, Level 8, the Dymocks Building, Sydney.
During this workshop, we will focus on introducing Women to a healing, relaxing, and transformative Acupuncture therapy session.
This will be a time to stop and take a moment for yourself.
With an Acupuncture and holistic sounds therapy session, you will be encouraged to be fully present in the moment, to forget about daily worries, and to consciously create space within your mind- to introduce mindfulness and to encourage new patterns of healing.
